Intellectual Property – Media – TechnologyFrancesco Faglia graduated cum laude from Trento University in 2019, with a dissertation in copyright law and information technology. In that same year, he joined Orsingher Ortu – Avvocati Associati. He assists national and international clients on issues related to intellectual property and competition law, liability of internet service providers, media, consumer and advertising law, both in litigation and out-of-court matters. He served as an assistant tutor at the LL.M in IP offered by WIPO and the University of Turin. In 2025, he obtained a Ph.D. in intellectual property and competition law from the University of Pavia. He cooperates with Intellectual Property Department at the University of Pavia, is an author of publications in law journals and a member of the editorial board of AIDA (Italian Annals of Copyright Law). He speaks English fluently and has a basic knowledge of German. He was admitted to practice in 2024.
