Intellectual Property – Media – TechnologyNoemi Alkayali graduated from the University of Turin in 2020, with a dissertation in copyright law entitled “Relationships between Permanent and Interim Injunctions in Copyright Law.” Before joining Orsingher Ortu – Avvocati Associati, she worked with a leading law firm in Turin and subsequently with the Intellectual Property department of an international law firm also based in Milan. Her practice focuses primarily on intellectual property law, both contentious and non-contentious. She qualified as an Italian lawyer in 2023 and is fluent in English.
