Life Sciences and HealthcareAlessandra Laudante graduated with honours from LUISS Guido Carli University in October 2023, defending a thesis on competition and innovation law entitled “The New Frontiers of Merger Control in Light of the Functioning of Modern Markets”. In her research, she analysed regulatory responses to the phenomenon of killer acquisitions in innovative sectors such as pharmaceuticals and medical devices, as well as the digital and technology markets. Before joining Orsingher Ortu – Avvocati Associati in 2025, she worked with the antitrust department of law firms Legance and Franzosi Dal Negro Setti. Alessandra specialises in Life Sciences and focuses on Antitrust Law. She is currently a Teaching Assistant in Competition and Innovation Law and Commercial Law at LUISS Guido Carli University. She is fluent in English and has a basic knowledge of Polish.
