Silvia graduated with a law degree cum laude from the Catholic University of Milan, where she discussed her thesis in commercial law on the non-possessory revolving pledge over tangible and intangible assets. She subsequently earned, again summa cum laude from the same university, a Master’s Degree in Business Management, with a thesis in corporate governance on self-extinguishing shareholdings. During her academic studies, she gained professional experience at leading law firms specializing in intellectual property and commercial law. In March 2025, she joined Orsingher Ortu – Avvocati Associati, where she focuses on intellectual property law and digital services law. She has been admitted to the Italian Bar since 2026. She is fluent in English and has an intermediate knowledge of French.
