Serena Bravi

Serena Bravi graduated  in law from the University of Pavia, following a study period in Germany. Admitted to practice in 2014, she spent over twelve years at a top-tier Italian boutique law firm specialising in corporate law, banking, finance and insurance law. She has advised banks and insurance companies on complex M&A transactions, bancassurance and on corporate governance matters. Her practice also includes substantial experience in regulatory compliance, with a focus on outsourcing arrangements, insurance distribution, and sanctions. Since 2025, she has been working with Orsingher Ortu – Avvocati Associati, where she handles matters relating to banking and financial law. She speaks English and German.
