Banking & financeAnna Arlati graduated with honors in Law from the University of Milan – Bicocca in 2021, with an interdisciplinary thesis in insolvency and banking law. During her academic career, she focused on commercial law, insolvency law and financial markets law. She completed an internship at the Crisis of Enterprise Section of the Court of Milan and carried out her traineeship at the Milan office of an international law firm, where she primarily dealt with insolvency and corporate law matters. She joined Orsingher Ortu – Avvocati Associati in February 2026, where she focuses on banking and financial law. She has been admitted to the Italian Bar since 2025. She is fluent in English.
