Francesca Correnti

Francesca Romana Correnti graduated with honours in Law from the University of Rome “Roma Tre” in 2009 and obtained a PhD at the First University of Rome “La Sapienza” in 2014. She worked as a trainee lawyer in the Marini law firm. She then joined the Administrative Law department of the law firm Gianni Origoni & Partners, as an associate lawyer. In 2022 she became Of Counsel to the Department of Administrative Law and Life Sciences at the Dal Negro Franzosi Setti law firm. She has always offered judicial and extrajudicial assistance in Administrative Law, with a long-standing specialisation in public tenders, especially in the Health sector. In these areas, she also represents her clients in disputes before the Italian Administrative Judge and in proceedings before the Independent Administrative and Supervisory Authorities (especially the Anti-corruption Authority). In the Health sector, Francesca also provides regulatory assistance. Since 2013 she has been a trusted consultant for Administrative Law, litigation and consultancy for a major medical device and pharmaceutical multinational company, providing assistance for Italy and Southern Europe. She has been a registered lawyer with the Rome Bar Association since 2013 and joined Orsingher Ortu – Avvocati Associati in 2025.
