A team led by Manfredi Leanza, together with Riccardo Valgoi, Andrea Montanaro and Anna Fiameni, assisted Coima SGR in structuring a financing of approximately €250 million granted to the Odissea fund by a pool of lenders composed of Intesa Sanpaolo, Banco BPM and BPER Banca.
The financing will support the development of the complex located on Via Monte di Pietà and Via Privata Fratelli Gabba, in the #Brera district, as well as the completion of the redevelopment works on the properties on Via Pellico and Piazzale Fratelli Zavattari.
The transaction is part of a broader regeneration project involving Milan’s historic real estate, carried out in line with the highest environmental sustainability standards. The buildings involved represent a set of significant architectural and cultural value, as well as examples of technical innovation and energy efficiency.
