Orsingher Ortu – Avvocati Associati with FIEE SGR on the launch of FIEE Storage Platform

FIEE SGR S.p.A. (on behalf of the “FIEE Energy Transition Fund III”), one of Europe’s leading financial operators dedicated to the energy transition, and Castello SGR S.p.A. (through the FIEE Energy Transition Fund III), a leading company in the promotion and management of alternative investment products, have announced total investments of approximately EUR 150 million for the launch of FIEE Storage Platform Powered by Entracap S.r.l., the new infrastructure platform dedicated to the development, construction and management of utility-scale BESS (Battery Energy Storage Systems) plants in Italy.

A team led by Arturo Meglio, with Luca Nardello and Gaia Bacchi, advised FIEE SGR on the joint venture, the investment in the NewCo and its governance, as well as on the service and corporate agreements with the partner Energy Transition Capital S.r.l.
