Stefano Giberti and Francesco Setti attended the EU Pharmaceutical Law Forum (19–21 May, Brussels), one of Europe’s leading events for pharma law practitioners.

Over three days, sessions covered the most pressing issues in the sector: antitrust, patents and supplementary protection certificates, commercial transactions, data privacy and regulatory frameworks. The programme featured contributions from the European Commission, the EMA and key competition authorities.
