A team led by Roberto Cugnasco with Daniela Dragone advised Giordano Holding on the acquisition of a majority stake in INDIV (International Division, Inc.), a US-based company headquartered in Springfield, Missouri, providing solutions for the poultry industry and acting as holding company of a group of entities operating across Latin America.
Giordano Holding is a multinational group and leading manufacturer of professional plastic equipment and components for the poultry industry and veterinary vaccine administration. Through this transaction, the group further strengthens its presence in the United States and Latin America, consolidating a long-standing strategic partnership with INDIV.
