Benedetta graduated from the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Milan in 2022, where she defended a thesis on the evolution and value of clinical guidelines in the legal field, written partially in English in order to compare the Italian and Anglo-Saxon legal systems. During her university career, she specialized in industrial and corporate law. Benedetta joined Studio Orsingher Ortu – Avvocati Associati in 2025, where she primarily focuses on life sciences. She is fluent in English, and has a basic knowledge of Spanish.
