From the outset, I have tried to maintain a clear, concise and accessible style. The newsletter is designed not only to report news, but also to provide thoughtful analysis of legislative, judicial and doctrinal developments in the field of administrative law. Each issue is the result of thorough research and careful selection of relevant topics so that readers can not only stay informed, but also anticipate trends and understand the deeper implications of new rules.
My aim is to maintain a balance between academic rigour and clarity of presentation, ensuring that every reader, from expert to novice, will find useful insights. A practical yet visionary approach: it’s not enough to understand what’s happening in administrative law today, it’s essential to foresee where we’re going and how today’s changes will affect tomorrow’s practices and decisions.
Urgent measures concerning 5G are illegitimate

What is your goal for the newsletter over the next 100 issues?

My main aim is to offer more interactive and dynamic content, exploring new formats such as short video analyses or expert interviews to make the information not only useful but also engaging.
I also plan to broaden the scope of the newsletter to include interdisciplinary contributions that look at administrative law from an economic, technological and international perspective. Innovation and internationalisation will be key concepts as we navigate the increasing complexity of our field. We will continue to monitor emerging trends, from smart cities to sustainability, from European regulation to the digitalisation of public administration, in order to provide our readers with a comprehensive 360-degree view.
