Your writing style or approach to writing for Our Echo:

I usually choose fresh news that could be of interest to our current or prospective clients. As for my writing style, I try to convey difficult legal concepts in language that is accessible to everyone, while keeping the topic interesting.

 

The most interesting article you wrote:

That is definitely a challenging question! I suppose the most interesting article I have written recently is the one about the protection of the design of the Vespa, as I always find it exciting to write about decisions concerning the legal status of iconic pieces of design.

 

What is your goal for the newsletter over the next 100 issues?

My goal can be summed up in the OOAA claim: “Solving the compLex“. Keeping our clients and audiences up to date by translating technical concepts and language into a few easy-to-understand words should be the ultimate goal for the next 100 issues.
