Your writing style or approach to writing for Our Echo:

The aim I try to achieve when writing for Our Echo is to find the right balance between presenting the news that touches on all the important aspects of the law and making it easy to digest for non-insiders who want to keep up with the latest developments in the legal world.

The most interesting article you have written:

It’s difficult to choose just one article among those dealing with e-commerce. The most interesting article this year is the one in issue no. 97, in which we reviewed a decision by the Italian Competition Authority against an online marketplace for an unfair commercial practice involving fake reviews. According to the Authority, the lack of authenticity of the reviews, which are automatically published by the merchant, is a particularly insidious practice, as reviews have a great influence on the commercial decisions of potential buyers. It was interesting to write about this news and to see how the Authority’s decisions can have a real impact not only on the world of e-commerce, but also on consumers who rely heavily on reviews when buying products and services online.
