Your writing style or approach to writing for Our Echo:

My writing style for the Our Echo newsletter is practical and essential: I try to focus on the essence of the news so as not to dilute its importance.

The most interesting article you have written:

The most interesting article I wrote was included in Newsletter No. 78 (October 2022) and it was about the European Court of Justice ruling on cable retransmission on 8 September 2022. On that occasion it was established that the simultaneous, unaltered and unabridged distribution of television or radio programmes broadcast by satellite and intended for reception by the public, where such retransmission is carried out by a person other than a cable operator, such as a hotel, does not constitute cable retransmission. I think this is particularly important because of the practical implications in everyday life: who hasn’t watched a TV programme in a hotel lounge?

What is your goal for the newsletter over the next 100 issues?

My goal for the newsletter over the next 100 issues is to identify and convey the most important news on copyright protection, in order to capture the trends shaping the decisions of European courts and the emerging key principles in this field.
