The most interesting article you have written:

One of the most interesting articles of this year can be found in issue no. 97, where we analysed a ruling by the Italian Supreme Court on the applicability of the Civil Code provision on “promised characteristics of goods sold” to quota purchase agreements. It was particularly interesting to write this news as the ruling strengthens the current jurisprudence on an important aspect related to the sale of shares.

 

What is your goal for the newsletter over the next 100 issues?

My goal for the next 100 issues is to continue to provide readers with legislative and case law news that could be useful in their work.
