He has several year experience at leading international firms where he was active on both domestic and cross-border transactions, with a particular focus on mergers, acquisitions, private equity and joint venture transactions, as well as general commercial contracts. In particular, he worked at Beiten Burkhardt Mittl &amp; Wegener (Munich), Pavia e Ansaldo (Milan) and Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer (Milan and Frankfurt). He joined Orsingher Ortu \u2013 Avvovati Associati in June 2015.
