He worked for a leading national law firm and spent several months at Pigott Stinson in Sydney. Francesco then also worked with McDermott Will &amp; Emery first, and then Hi.lex, where he was mainly involved in commercial and corporate law matters, assisting clients in extraordinary transactions and insolvency proceedings, with a particular focus on private debt and restructuring, as well as private equity. From 2017 to 2018, Francesco provided his services on a secondment in the legal department of a major asset management company specialising in alternative investment funds. He joined Orsingher Ortu &#8211; Avvocati Associati in 2020.\u00a0 He has been registered with the Milan Bar Association since 2013.
