He started his career at the Milan offices of Vita Samory, Fabbrini e Associati and has worked for a number of leading Italian and international law firms (most recently in the Milan office of Studio Lombardi Segni e Associati), primarily in the areas of Mergers &amp; Acquisitions (including listed companies) and Capital Markets. Federico has advised clients on a wide variety of corporate and M&amp;A transactions, including cash or exchange tender offers and mergers of industrial and financial groups listed on the Italian Stock Exchange. Federico joined Orsingher Ortu \u2013 Avvocati Associati in 2018. He was admitted to practice in 2003.
