He began his career at K&amp;L Gates \u2013 Studio Legale Associato, where he practised for nine years across the firm&#8217;s Milan and Paris offices, before joining Orsingher Ortu \u2013 Avvocati Associati in 2026. His practice focuses primarily on corporate and commercial law, with particular emphasis on M&amp;A, private equity and venture capital transactions. He regularly advises Italian and international companies, industrial groups, investment funds and family offices in connection with extraordinary transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, capital increases, issuances of participating financial instruments, corporate reorganisations and joint ventures. He has developed significant experience in extraordinary transactions across the real estate, software, energy, life sciences and manufacturing sectors, supporting clients through investment, growth and internationalisation processes, as well as market entry and consolidation in Italy. He has been a member of the Italian Bar since 2019.
