In 2021, she completed a postgraduate diploma in \u201cLaw and Management of healthcare services, medicines regulation and medical devices\u201d at the University of Roma Tre. She also attended the \u201cEuropean Pharma Law Academy 2023\u201d at the University of Cambridge, Downing College.\u00a0Erica worked as an Associate with law firms Portolano Cavallo and Franzosi Dal Negro Setti, mainly focusing on Life Science matters. She assists Italian and foreign clients on issues related to medicines, medical devices and other products such as food supplements. In particular, Erica provides legal advice, drafts opinions and agreements and deals with compliance and data protection issues in the healthcare sector; she also takes secondments in pharmaceutical companies. She is the author of several publications on life sciences for specialised magazines. In 2025, she joined the Orsingher Ortu \u2013 Avvocati Associati law firm.
