On 17 July, Valeria Mazzoletti took part in the round table organised by the Milan Chamber of Arbitration to present the research study “Arbitration and ordinary justice: comparative cost-effectiveness”.<\/p>\n
A presentation of unpublished data – the result of research carried out by SDA Bocconi School of Management in collaboration with the Milan Chamber of Arbitration – that refutes one of the main criticisms of arbitration and highlights the economic advantages for Italian and foreign companies that use arbitration to resolve disputes.<\/p>\n
