(hereinafter the <strong><em>Buyer<\/em><\/strong>, a global investment firm) (the <strong><em>Acquisition<\/em><\/strong>). The Commission had concerns that the Acquisition would lead to foreclosure in the markets for the production and supply of polysulfides for aerospace sealants and the production and supply of aerospace sealants, together with the possibility to incentive the use of commercially sensitive information to put the Buyer\u2019s rivals at a competitive disadvantage.
