OOAA advised Banca Etica on the corporate, banking and financial regulatory aspects related to the acquisition of a 70% equity interest in IMPact SGR, an asset management company specialised in ethic and impact investing. The OOAA team was led by Luigi Baglivo and Pierfrancesco Giustiniani and included Massimo Ritrovato, Mattia Sogaro, Giacomo Chieregato and Michela Borgogno.<\/p>\n

The agreement also provides that IMPact SGR will be entrusted with the financial management of Etica Sgr\u2019s funds.<\/p>\n

The effectiveness of the transaction is subject to authorizations by the competent Authorities.<\/p>\n

The transaction represents a strategic step for Banca Etica Group to expand its wealth and asset management business, while strengthening the identity and independence of the first and only Italian banking group entirely dedicated to ethical finance.<\/p>\n
