On 19 March, Sergio Alberto Codella spoke at the webinar “50 Shades of Smart Working. What to do when rules are not followed”.
The session addressed some of the most common challenges in managing remote working arrangements: from policies that formally provide for a limited number of remote working days but are circumvented in practice, to cases of remote work carried out abroad without proper authorisation.
During the webinar, the main risks and the possible actions available to organisations to ensure compliance with the rules were analysed, providing practical insights for a more effective and well-managed approach to smart working.
