On 17 July, Valeria Mazzoletti took part in the round table organised by the Milan Chamber of Arbitration to present the research study “Arbitration and ordinary justice: comparative cost-effectiveness”.

A presentation of unpublished data – the result of research carried out by SDA Bocconi School of Management in collaboration with the Milan Chamber of Arbitration – that refutes one of the main criticisms of arbitration and highlights the economic advantages for Italian and foreign companies that use arbitration to resolve disputes.

“Scenarios and visions for the future of arbitration in companies” | This was the topic on which Valeria spoke in a panel discussion with Pietro Galizzi (Head of Legal, Regulatory and Compliance Affair, Eni Plenitude S.p.A.), Kate Siebke (Senior Counsel Litigation, Baker Hughes), Francesca Sorbi (Senior Partner, Studio Legale Sorbi e Rossi) and Luigi Zagheno (Group General Counsel, GIVA Group).
