Team/Marta Bianchi

Marta Bianchi graduated in Law from Pisa University in 2017. She represented her university in the National Model United Nations in New York and she joined the Erasmus program in Germany. She practiced civil law in a boutique firm and then worked as intern at the Italian Competition Authority. She also accomplished a second level Master’s Degree in company law at LUISS G. Carli University in Rome, with a final dissertation on the: “Co-investment and wholesale only: analysis and critical issues of articles 76 and 80 of the European Electronic Communications Code“. Following a period of internship in the legal department of a leading e-commerce company, she worked with the law firm Lipani Catricalà & Partners and then she joined Orsingher Ortu – Avvocati Associati in September 2021. Marta’s practice focuses on competition law and regulation. She was admitted to the Bar in 2020. She speaks English and German.
