Team/Elenia Cerchi

Elenia Cerchi graduated in law cum laude from LUISS Guido Carli University in Rome in 2003. She trained and qualified at Studio Legale Guarino, where she became a partner in 2010. Elenia has a long track record of assisting major telecommunications operators in their interactions with the national [and EU] regulatory authorities, in particular with the AGCM (the Italian Competition Authority) and the AGCom (the Italian Authority for Communications). Elenia assists clients in both contentious and non-contentious regulatory matters. She has been involved in a broad range of litigation related to consumer protection, regulatory matters and public procurement in the telecommunications sector. Elenia also has a strong background in the sector of works and services contracts, having assisted the main national commissioning body and significant construction companies in the various phases of assignment and execution of public contracts. In addition, Elenia has taught as a lecturer at the LUISS Guido Carlo University in Rome. She was admitted to practice in 2007 and was, until 2016, also admitted to plead in the higher jurisdictions.
