Restructuring & InsolvencyTommaso Emiliani graduated in law from the University of Milan in April 2020, with a thesis in bankruptcy law entitled “Il concordato nell’amministrazione straordinaria”. After a period working in a bankruptcy trustee’s law firm, mainly dealing with insolvency and corporate law, he joined Orsingher Ortu – Avvocati Associati in December 2021, where he mainly deals with litigation in civil, commercial, and corporate, banking and bankruptcy matters. He was admitted to the Italian Bar in 2022. He speaks English fluently.
