Administrative, Antitrust and Regulatory LawSarah Setti graduated in law from the University of Bologna in 2001. From 2001 to 2024 she worked with the Franzosi Dal Negro Setti law firm in the Life Sciences department, gaining experience in the field of pharmaceutical law, medical devices and food supplements. In 2025, she joined the Orsingher Ortu – Avvocati Associati law firm. She assists national and international clients operating in the life sciences sector, in both judicial and non-litigation activities. In particular, she regularly advises clients on regulatory, compliance and privacy issues in all stages of the drug life cycle. She has extensive experience on issues pertaining to clinical research (clinical studies and clinical investigations), market access, promotion and advertising of medicinal products and medical devices. She was admitted to practice law in 2005. Sarah speaks French and English.
