Corporate M&ARiccardo Fichera Mammas graduated with honors from the University of Trieste, defending a thesis in Financial Markets Law entitled “The Role of Proxy Advisors in the Voting Process of Shareholders’ Meetings.” Following an initial professional experience in civil law at a law firm in Trieste, he completed his legal traineeship in corporate law, with a particular focus on Venture Capital and Tech M&A transactions. In January 2026, he joined Orsingher Ortu – Avvocati Associati, where he practices corporate and commercial law. He is fluent in English and has a basic knowledge of Spanish and French.
