Pietro Masi graduated from the University of Rome Tre in 2003. Pietro practiced for a number of years at the law firm of Professors Mario Bussoletti and Antonio Nuzzo, and subsequently at a number of other leading firms. Pietro’s practice is mainly in the area of corporate law, with a specific focus on domestic and multi-jurisdictional transactions such as mergers and acquisitions. He also gained a significant experience in private equity and venture capital deals. Pietro also practices commercial contracts, with a particular focus on leases and private construction agreements. He joined Orsingher Ortu – Avvocati Associati in 2018 where he became partner in 2023. Pietro was admitted to practice in 2008 and to plead before Italian supreme court in 2020. He speaks English fluently and has a good working knowledge of Spanish.
