Pietro Carbini graduated in law cum laude from the University of Milan in October 2022, with a dissertation titled “Art. 43-bis ICL: the Italian implementation of Art. 15 of the Copyright Directive”. During his studies he attended the Erasmus+ program at the Catholic University of Louvain. He joined Orsingher Ortu – Avvocati Associati in January 2023, where he deals with intellectual property law with particular reference to copyright law. He speaks English, Spanish and French.
