Litigation and ADRPenelope Rocca graduated in law with honors at the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart of Milan in 2022, with a dissertation in civil law and legal informatics. In 2018, she obtained a bachelor’s degree in European Law at Maastricht University and studied for six months in China, at the Peking University School of Transnational Law, where she gained in depth knowledge of international law and Chinese law. Penelope joined Orsingher Ortu – Avvocati Associati in November 2022, where she mainly deals with litigation in civil, commercial, corporate, banking and bankruptcy matters. She speaks fluent English and basic Chinese.
