Intellectual Property – Media – TechnologyOlga Sihtar graduated cum laude at the ‘Alma Mater’ University of Bologna and completed in 2016 an LL.M in Intellectual Property and Information Law at King’s College London. In 2017 she joined Orsingher Ortu – Avvocati Associati, where her practice focuses on advising international and Italian clients on a wide range of IP/IT issues, both contentious and non-contentious, including copyright and media law, trademark and PDO litigation, consumer protection and internet, personality rights and data protection. She regularly advises online platforms and streaming DSPs on all aspects of copyright, media, and contract law. In 2022 she collaborated with the legal department of a Big Tech company, leader in the e-commerce sector. Olga is a member of the International Association of Entertainment Lawyers (IAEL), for which she co-edited in 2023 a book dedicated to the legal hurdles surrounding AI, NFTs, and the Metaverse. She is fluent in English and Croatian.
