Mila Filomena Crispino graduated from LUISS Guido Carli University in 2018 with a thesis in European Business Law on antitrust damages actions. She completed internships at the European Commission’s Directorate-General for Competition and at Confindustria, where she also focused on market regulation law. She carried out her traineeship and subsequently collaborated with the law firms Pavia e Ansaldo and Freshfields, gaining solid experience in competition law and foreign direct investment. In 2026, she joined Orsingher Ortu – Avvocati Associati, where she focuses on competition law and foreign direct investment matters. She has been admitted to the Italian Bar since 2021 and is fluent in English.
