Intellectual Property – Media – TechnologyLuca Paratella graduated cum laude in law in April 2022 from the University of Milan, with a final dissertation titled “Balance between private and collective interests in patent protection: analysis and perspectives”. Before joining Orsingher Ortu – Avvocati Associati in 2024, he has practiced in the IP department of the law firm ADVANT Nctm and undertook an internship in the legal department of a major e-commerce operator. Luca’s practice focuses mainly on intellectual property. He speaks English fluently.
