Corporate M&AGiulia Gazzarata graduated from the University of Turin in 2022, with a dissertation on crowdfunding platforms and financial digitization. During her university career, she spent two semesters at Université Paris Cité in Paris and completed an internship at a law firm in Turin. After attending an intensive program organized by leading Italian law firms and companies on International Business Contracts and Mergers & Acquisitions, she worked with a well-known startup in New York. In 2023 she joined Orsingher Ortu – Avvocati Associati, where she focuses on corporate law, commercial contracts, extraordinary transactions and corporate consulting. She is fluent in English, French and has a basic knowledge of Spanish.
