Gaia Bacchi graduated in 2021 from Bocconi University, with a dissertation in commercial law. Before joining Orsingher Ortu – Avvocati Associati, she collaborated with leading international law firms based in Milan. She mainly focuses on extraordinary transactions, assisting companies, private equity funds and venture capital funds. She was admitted to the Bar in 2024. She speaks English fluently.
