Federico Muzzati graduated from the University of Ferrara in 2021. He attended the postgraduate course in Energy Law and Environmental Sustainability at LUISS Guido Carli University in Rome and has obtained a master’s degree in public procurement at Sole 24 Ore Business School. He gained his professional experience in leading firms providing assistance to Italian and international companies and public administrations in the main fields of civil and administrative law, such as public contracts (tenders, concessions and PPPs), regulated markets, telecommunications, TMT and public utilities. He has written several publications on administrative law, taxation law, constitutional law, energy and environmental sustainability, digital innovation, and is a lecturer at LUISS Guido Carli University. He joined Orsingher Ortu – Avvocati Associati in 2023. He speaks English very fluently and he has also a basic knowledge of French and Spanish. He’s a lawyer since 2023.
