Administrative, Antitrust and Regulatory LawErica Di Marco graduated with honors in Law from LUMSA University in Rome in July 2026, with a thesis in administrative law titled “Dark Patterns Used by Digital Platforms: Balancing Competition Law and Consumer Protection”. During her time at university, she completed an internship at the Italian Media regulator. In July 2025, she joined Orsingher Ortu – Avvocati Associati, where she completed an internship and then her pre-admission training. Erica advises on competition and regulatory law, including litigation and dispute resolution. She is fluent in English and has a basic knowledge of Spanish.
