Camilla Cristalli graduated with honors in law from the Alma Mater Studiorum of Bologna in 2019 with a dissertation on “Standard essential patents and FRAND licenses: seeking a balance between antitrust law and the law of intellectual property”. Camilla also gained an LL.M. in Intellectual Property Law and Information Law at King’s College, London in 2018. Camilla joined Orsingher Ortu – Avvocati Associati in 2019, where she specializes in intellectual property law and brand protection, unfair competition, advertising, consumer protection and information technology, both in contentious and non-contentious matters. She was admitted to practice in 2022. She speaks English fluently and has a basic knowledge of Spanish.
