Camilla Benericetti graduated with honors in Law at Alma Mater Studiorum, University of Bologna in 2021, discussing a dissertation in Copyright Law entitled ‘Copyright and Freedom of Expression and Information in Europe in light of Directive 790/2019’. She also gained an LL.M. in Intellectual Property Law and Information Law at King’s College London, in 2020. In 2021, Camilla joined the team of Orsingher Ortu – Avvocati Associati where she specializes in media and intellectual property law, both in contentious and non-contentious matters. While with the firm, Camilla has undertaken a secondment at the European Privacy department of a major e-commerce operator, acquiring an extensive knowledge in the field of Data Protection. She speaks English fluently and has a basic knowledge of French. She was admitted to practice in 2023.
