Orsingher Ortu – Avvocati Associati advised Visma, a Norway-headquartered multinational group and market leader in Europe and Latin America in cloud and AI-powered business management software, on the acquisition of a controlling stake in Tek01 S.r.l., a company operating a proprietary cloud-based software platform for businesses and professionals, commercially known as “Fattura Elettronica App”. This is Visma’s third transaction on the Italian market.
The Orsingher Ortu team, composed of Arturo Meglio, Luca Nardello and Gaia Bacchi, handled all aspects of the drafting and negotiation of the acquisition agreements, including the Golden Power notification, as well as the new governance structure.
