The processing for purpose (a) will be carried out pursuant to Articles 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(c) of the GDPR (for the performance of the contract to and for compliance with legal obligations to which we may be subjected). At any time, subject to the existence of a legitimate interest, you will be entitled to receive access to your data, a statement from our firm confirming that such data relate to you, a list of the categories of data which are concerned and the recipient or categories of recipients to which data have been communicated. You have the right to object at any time to the processing of your data for the purpose (b) above (pursuing our legitimate interests to send updates on the laws of Italy and newsletters and invitations to our conferences, events and receptions) and, if applicable, the right to have these data corrected, blocked or deleted.
