New Publication: Edoardo Cazzato, “La disciplina del Golden Power”

We are pleased to share the release of the book “La disciplina del Golden Power”, published by Maggioli Editore and co-edited by our professional Edoardo Cazzato together with Sergio Fiorentino.

The volume offers a comprehensive and structured analysis of the legal framework through which the State safeguards national strategic interests in key sectors of the economy – from defense to technology, from energy to transport – and includes contributions from leading experts in the field.

Edoardo also authored the chapter focusing on the intersection between Golden Power and antitrust law, while Enrico Spagnolello, together with Tommaso Di Prospero, contributed the chapter on non-compliance and the calculation of fines.
