Private Equity/Venture Capital

We have vast experience of managing key deal issues in both private equity and venture capital contexts, including the optimisation of financing structures, consortium and co-investment arrangements, management equity, and enabling an efficient exit from the relevant investment through a sale of shares or assets or listing on regulated markets.

Joint Ventures & Strategic Alliances
